She was loved by the students and still today after many years whenever they meet her somewhere, they always remember her and greet her with a friendly "Hello Mrs. L, how are ya."

Jennie was a faithful, devoted and talented worker in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where she served as the Primary president, Relief Society president and various teaching and counselor positions. Her greatest joy came from working with the young people and children.
