Lafe "Gail" Ludvigson, 63, of Sterling, Utah, passed away March 15, 2009, in Provo. He was born April 13, 1945, in Sterling, Utah, to Lafeyette Eric and Dorthella Larsen Ludvigson.

Gail loved spending time outdoors, hunting, fishing and riding the west roads. He enjoyed his time with his grandkids and will always be remember by his big refill mug, his great smile and his talent in singing and playing his guitar. He will be loved and missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his children, Gwen (D?Niel) Dunnigan, Manti; Angela

(Trinity) Leatham, Manti; grandchildren, Shelby and Kadence Leatham, Manti; Austin, Caitlin and Amber Leatham, Ephraim; mother, Dorthella Ludvigson, Ephraim; brothers, Doug (Cozette) Ludvigson, Sterling; Glade

(Vickie) Ludvigson, Centerfield; Curtis (Laurie) Ludvigson, Sterling; half-brother, Erol Jones, UT.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lafe; son, Wayne Gail Ludvigson.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 20, 2009, in the Sterling LDS Ward Chapel. Burial will be in the Sterling Cemetery with Military Rites by the Manti American Legion Post 31. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary: Richfield, Salina and Manti.
